These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all KJV Bible Search products, including:

KJV Bible Search — Website Version (Static HTML + JSON Engine)
KJV Bible Search — Android App (Google Play)
KJV Bible Search — WordPress Plugin (JSON‑Powered WP Integration)
KJV Bible Search — Universal Version (Pure HTML/JS/CSS)

All products and services are operated by ALPHA & OMEGA LIMITED.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, embedding, integrating, or using any KJV Bible Search product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of all products and services.

2. Use of the Products

All KJV Bible Search products are provided for personal, non‑commercial use unless otherwise stated. You agree not to:

Modify, copy, or distribute any product or its content
Reverse‑engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use any product for unlawful or harmful purposes
Interfere with functionality, security, or performance
Bypass licensing, access controls, or usage restrictions

3. Website Version (Static HTML + JSON Engine)

The Website Version provides 1,189 static HTML chapter pages, 9 prophetic books, built‑in Text‑To‑Speech (TTS), keyword highlighting, real‑time verse highlighting, and JSON‑powered search. By using the Website Version, you acknowledge:

The Website Version is online‑only and requires internet access
No user data is collected, tracked, or stored
TTS is provided by the user’s browser
Chrome Translation Workflow is browser‑controlled

4. Android App (Google Play)

The Android App includes a full offline JSON Bible engine, full offline TTS audio, offline prophetic books, real‑time verse highlighting, and online access to all 1,189 chapter pages. By installing or using the Android App, you acknowledge:

The App works fully offline without internet access
No analytics, tracking, or data collection is used
TTS is provided by the device’s built‑in Android TTS engine
Chrome Translation Workflow is browser‑controlled
Compatibility may vary across devices and Android versions

5. WordPress Plugin (JSON‑Powered)

The WordPress Plugin provides JSON‑powered full‑Bible search, keyword highlighting, real‑time verse highlighting, built‑in TTS audio, and navigation. By installing or using the Plugin, you acknowledge:

The Plugin fetches verses and chapters via the KJVBIBLESEARCH.NET singel kjv_full.json file from the SERVER HOSTED JSON KJV BIBLE FILES
No analytics, cookies, or tracking are used
The Plugin adapts to your WordPress theme
Chrome Translation Workflow is browser‑controlled

6. Universal Version (Pure HTML/JS/CSS)

The Universal Version is a portable HTML/JS/CSS package that can be installed on any website platform. By installing or using the Universal Version, you acknowledge:

The Universal Version is online‑only and requires INTERNET access
No analytics, cookies, or tracking are used
Chrome Translation Workflow is browser‑controlled
You are responsible for correct installation on your platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content within all KJV Bible Search products — including design, layout, code, formatting, UI components, navigation systems, highlighting systems, and TTS integration — is owned by ALPHA & OMEGA LIMITED.

The King James Version (KJV) Bible text is in the public domain. All product architecture, presentation, and implementation are protected intellectual property.

8. Translation

None of the KJV Bible Search products use Google Translate API, LibreTranslate, or any external translation service. No text is ever sent to any translation server.

All translation is performed entirely by the user’s browser. Accuracy is not guaranteed.

9. No Warranties

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Accuracy of browser‑generated translations
Availability or uninterrupted operation
Freedom from errors or defects
Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or platforms
Correct operation of offline or online features

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPHA & OMEGA LIMITED is not liable for:

Any damages arising from use or inability to use any product
Errors in translation or biblical interpretation
Loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses
Issues caused by browser translation tools or third‑party services
Device restrictions, browser limitations, or hosting limitations

11. Third‑Party Services

None of the KJV Bible Search products use third‑party analytics, tracking, or advertising tools. Browser translation is controlled entirely by the user’s browser.

12. Changes to Products or Terms

We may update any product or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any product or service at any time for any reason, without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
